Terms of service

By commissioning me,
you agree to the following:

Client

1) Please make sure you read and understand my TOS before commissioning me.2) Any question you may have, contact me via Instagram.3) Selling my work is strictly forbidden.4) Any personal use of the work is allowed after full payment is made.

Artist

1) I have the right to post your finished work on my socials for any reason.(2) I have the right to cancel your commission at any time for any reason.3) I do not tolerate disrespectful and rude behavior and it will result in cancelling your commission.4) I do not accept requests that involve nsfw and animals.5) I have the right to not accept your commission for any reason.6) I usually respond to direct messages via Instagram within 24 hours and might take up to a week or 2 before I finish your piece.7) Animation commissions might take longer than 3-4 weeks depending on the duration of the animation.

Payment

1) Payment will be accepted via an invoice that will be sent to you via PayPal only.2) If payment hasn't been made within a week of the invoice placement, the commission will be cancelled.3) Mistakes you make over the course of the transaction, will not be my responsibility.

Animation Commissions

1) no refunds once payment has already been received for what's already been finished.2) nsfw content requests will not be accepted.3) selling my work is strictly forbidden.4) full resolution of the animation will not be sent to you unless payment is received.5) by paying me you automatically confirm to the terms of service.6) disrespectful behavior will result in not accepting your commission.

Commission Drawings

1) no refunds unless decided to cancel commission.2) after full payment is made is when I'll start working on the commission using my invoice on PayPal which automatically confirms the TOS.3) turning my work into an NFT is strictly forbidden.4) nsfw and animal drawing requests will not be accepted.(5) disrespectful behavior will result in cancelling your commission.
